The other objectives are

To provide training to the youths for establishing bakery industry and thereby increase the self employment opportunity for the educationally unemployed person.

To impart skill oriented knowledge regarding baking science to the new entrepreneur and to provide business opportunity.

To provide technical & industrial know-how to the people engaged in bakery industries for the development of their business.

To provide the latest information on baking science and technology to the people engaged in the bakery business through conducting special training courses and other activities.

To impart knowledge to prepare bakery products with the help of domestic method through organizing short duration on and off campus training programmers for housewives/ladies.

To provide opportunity to the specific groups like home science school/college girls as per their requirement about learning baking science by organizing special training programmes  and other activities.

To disseminate the knowledge of baking science and technology through mass-media.
